Sauce ginaar (chicken) is made from the same basic recipe as Yassa. Rather than pouring the Yassa sauce over rice, it is served on a bed of lettuce and fried potatoes, and topped with fresh tomatoes and sliced hard-boiled eggs. It is eaten with bread, and of course only using your right hand.

	The very center of Dakar is the Plaza de l’Independence, at the end of Rue de la Republique. Here you will find the Chamber of Commerce, Cinema Paris, Le Mandarin restaurant, and much more.
